The association between TNF-α and erectile dysfunction complaints

Tumor necrosis factor-alpha (TNF-α) is linked to erectile dysfunction (ED) in men, independent of obstructive sleep apnea syndrome (OSAS). Higher TNF-α levels may predict ED, suggesting a role for inflammation in this condition.
