Bcl-2 correlates with localization but not outcome in human osteosarcoma

Bcl-2 expression in high-grade osteosarcoma is not a reliable prognostic marker. While higher in pelvic tumors, it did not correlate with chemotherapy response, survival, or metastasis in this study.
