Thymosin ß4 expression in colorectal polyps and adenomas

Thymosin beta 4 (Tβ4) expression changes during colon carcinogenesis, appearing in high-grade dysplasia and adenocarcinoma but not early polyps. Its role in colorectal cancer progression requires further investigation.
