Abdominal Pain: A Comparison between Neurogenic Bowel Dysfunction and Chronic Idiopathic Constipation

Spinal cord injury (SCI) patients often experience abdominal pain, similar to those with chronic idiopathic constipation (CIC). This suggests constipation is a primary driver of pain in SCI individuals.
