Bilateral priming accelerates recovery of upper limb function after stroke: a randomized controlled trial

Bilateral priming with active-passive movements significantly accelerated upper limb recovery in subacute stroke patients. This intervention improved corticomotor excitability and aided functional independence sooner after stroke.
