[Detection of anti-IgA antibodies using enzyme immunoassay]

An enzyme immunoassay is described for the detection of anti-IgA-antibodies in human serum. The principle is based on the binding of the antibodies to IgA-coated polystyrene tubes and their following reaction with peroxidase conjugated Fc-specific anti-human-IgG.
