Myometrial elasticity determined by elastosonography to predict preterm labor.

Cervical length measurement is a superior predictor of preterm labor compared to elastosonography (ES). While both methods showed significance, cervical length at less than 30mm offers higher accuracy in predicting preterm delivery.
