She also is chair of the Clinical and Health Affairs Committee (CHAC) of AAPA. Robert J. McNellis is senior advisor for primary care at the federal Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality in Rockville, Maryland. Other members of CHAC who contributed to this article are Gilbert A.
