Klinefelter's syndrome, cerebral germinoma, Chiari malformation, and syrinx: a case report

A case of Klinefelter's syndrome associated with intracranial germinoma and Chiari malformation is described. The case is discussed in view of the literature linking Klinefelter's syndrome with skeletal defects and germinoma.
