Abstract:
During a hospital stay, trust is established during nursing care and the relationship process surrounding it. The relationship, care and trust are therefore closely linked. Care cannot exist without a relationship. The information given and the attitude and behaviour of the hospital staff play a key role in establishing a trust-based relationship in care.
