This study characterizes 3,4-dihydro-2H-pyrrole (Δ(1)-pyrroline), a component of the Mediterranean fruit fly pheromone. Researchers found it exists as monomer and trimer in solution, with the trimer being more stable, but only the monomer is present in the vapor phase.
