Abstract:
It is shown that 1-(3'-C-methyl-beta-D-ribofuranosyl)uracil 5'-triphosphate is a terminator of RNA synthesis and may be used for nucleic acid sequencing with DNA-dependent RNA polymerase from E. coli.
