Antibody-mediated rejection in hand transplantation

This study reports a novel case of antibody-mediated rejection (ABMR) in vascularized composite allotransplantation (VCA) occurring nine years post-transplant. Rituximab effectively treated the rejection, demonstrating its potential in managing ABMR in VCA.
