Catheter-free method is sufficient for preparation for transnasal endoscopy: randomized controlled trial

A new catheter-free method for transnasal endoscopy (TNE) preparation is as effective as the traditional catheter method. Nasal cavity structure, not preparation technique, primarily determines TNE success.
