Colorectal laterally spreading tumors by computed tomographic colonography

Computed tomographic colonography (CTC) detected 86% of colorectal laterally spreading tumors (LSTs) found during colonoscopy. Granular LSTs were more visible on CTC than non-granular types, with detection rates increasing with tumor size.
