1Janet S. Coulter, MSN, MS, RN, CCM, has been an RN for more than 39 years, in such roles as a nurse educator, nurse administrator, and case manager. Currently, she is a case manager working with lost time injured workers at WorkStar Health Services, an MCO in Ohio. Janet holds an MSN from West Virginia University, and a Master of Science in Adult Education from Marshall University, Huntington, WV. She served two terms as President of Southern Ohio Valley Chapter of Case Management Society of America (CMSA) and has presented at seven CMSA Annual Conferences. Janet was the 2012-2013 CMSA Chapter Presidents Council Representative on the CMSA Board of Directors and is currently a "Bridge" liaison for the Case Management Foundation. She was the recipient of the 2012 Southern Ohio Valley CMSA Case Management Leadership award and was nominated for the 2012 Case-In-Point 4th Annual Platinum Award, Disability Manager Category. Debra C. Faulkner, BSN, RN, CCM, CEAC, has been a Certified Case Manager for 14 years. She currently works for the Ohio Bureau of Workers' Compensation as a Catastrophic Nurse Advocate. She works in collaboration with Managed Care Organization Nurse Case managers to facilitate timely appropriate services for catastrophically injured workers. She is currently pursuing a master's degree in nursing.
