This study on brain Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) for Multiple Sclerosis (MS) patients found rigid registration is unaffected by MS lesions, while non-rigid methods show significant differences. The research assesses the optimal registration method for longitudinal MS brain MRI analysis.
