[Path optimization of professional expertise in patients with hearing loss]

The article is devoted to finding ways to optimize the expertise of professional suitability of patients with hearing loss on the basis of practical experience. The paper discusses the need for the revision of the criteria for determining contraindications to continuing to work in noise and other harmful factors on the basis of current evidence-based medicine.
