Cerebellar lesions in children with tuberous sclerosis complex

Cerebellar tubers, though uncommon in tuberous sclerosis complex (TSC), are identifiable via MRI. These lesions, often hyperintense on T2/FLAIR, can show contrast enhancement and may indicate parenchymal volume loss.
