Purpose of the Study:

To develop a custom-made, cost-effective attachment system as an alternative for overdentures.
To achieve the best functional efficacy at a reduced cost.

Main Methods:

Semi-precision attachments fabricated using conventional post-space preparation techniques.
Utilized pattern resin material for pattern creation.
Employed innovative methods for fabricating male and female attachments.

Main Results:

Successfully implemented the custom attachments in patients.
Achieved remarkably good function and patient comfort.

Conclusions:

Demonstrated a successful approach to providing specialized dental treatment affordably.
Highlighted the need for further innovation to make sophisticated dental systems more economical and accessible.
