The TrkA receptor tyrosine kinase is overexpressed in various leukemias, including acute myeloid leukemia (AML) and acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL). Its activation drives leukemogenesis by influencing key signaling pathways and promoting cancer cell survival and proliferation.
