Summary

Occupational therapy fieldwork now has a new tool, the Community Development Progress and Evaluation Tool (CD-PET), to assess community capacity building skills. This tool supports students and preceptors in developing key enablement skills for community development practice.

To develop the Community Development Progress and Evaluation Tool (CD-PET).

The CD-PET was developed through a five-phase process: literature review, theoretical framework identification, tool construction, pilot testing, and refinement.
