Effect of complete and partial removable dentures on chewing movements

Summary

Patients with removable partial dentures (RPD) chew faster with greater jaw movement than those with complete dentures (CD). This study compared chewing cycles in RPD and CD wearers, finding significant differences in cycle times and movement amplitudes.
