BRCA mutation carriers do not have compromised ovarian reserve

BRCA1/2 mutation carriers have similar anti-Müllerian hormone (AMH) levels to non-carriers, indicating comparable ovarian reserve and fertility potential. This study offers reassurance for women with these genetic mutations.
