Summary

Diagnosing traumatic pancreatic injuries is challenging due to their subtle presentation on imaging, unlike common liver or spleen injuries. Early recognition through imaging is crucial to reduce high morbidity and mortality associated with delayed diagnosis of pancreatic trauma.
