Tracheobronchial nodules are rare in eosinophilic pneumonia (EP), appearing in only 5.6% of cases. These nodules, associated with chronic EP, may indicate a more severe disease presentation.

- Tracheobronchial nodules are uncommon findings in eosinophilic pneumonia.
- These nodules may signify a more severe manifestation of the disease.
- Nodules resolved with steroid therapy, suggesting an inflammatory basis.
