  • MRI demonstrated characteristic signal intensities in the affected vertebrae.

Findings:

  • Biopsies of T7 and T11 confirmed pathological findings highly suggestive of Paget's disease.
  • The CT presentation was atypical, differing from the typically diffuse sclerosis seen in vertebral Paget's disease.
