High-pitch carbon dioxide contrasted CT angiography: pilot study

Carbon dioxide computed tomography angiography (CO2-CTA) is a feasible alternative for imaging iliac and lower limb arteries in patients unable to receive iodinated contrast agents. CO2-CTA demonstrated higher image quality scores overall, though visualization of calf vessels requires further protocol optimization.
