Exercise testing (ET) in coronary heart disease patients did not reveal a link between left ventricular (LV) dyssynergy and ventricular arrhythmia (VA). Functional LV status and collateral circulation showed no significant differences between groups with and without VA during ET.

- To investigate the relationship between LV functional status and the occurrence of VA during ET in patients with coronary heart disease.
- To compare LV functional parameters and collateral circulation in CHD patients who develop VA during ET versus those who do not.

- Retrospective analysis of 25 coronary patients with VA during ET (Group A) and 87 patients without VA during ET (Group B).
- Assessment of left ventricular (LV) functional status, including end-diastolic pressure and ejection fraction.
- Evaluation of the extent of LV dyssynergy and collateral circulation development.

- No statistically significant differences were observed between Group A and Group B in end-diastolic pressure, ejection fraction, or the extent of LV dyssynergy.
- The extent of collateral circulation development also showed no significant difference between the two groups.
Conclusions:
- Left ventricular (LV) dyssynergy does not appear to be a significant predictor of ventricular arrhythmia (VA) during exercise testing in patients with coronary heart disease.
- Functional assessment of the LV and collateral circulation do not differentiate between coronary patients who experience VA during ET and those who do not.
