Evaluation of neonatal peripherally inserted central catheter tip movement in a consistent upper extremity position

Standardizing upper extremity position for neonatal peripherally inserted central catheter (PICC) X-rays did not change PICC tip movement. This finding suggests current positioning practices are adequate for neonatal PICC placement.
