Cutaneous leishmaniasis and human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) coinfection is a concern in Brazil. A successful treatment case using meglumine antimoniate for a coinfected patient on antiretroviral therapy is presented.

  • This case highlights the importance of recognizing and managing CL in HIV-coinfected patients.
