Frontoethmoidal mucocele following pediatric craniofacial surgery

Frontoethmoidal mucoceles are rare complications following craniofacial surgery, particularly box osteotomies. This study presents two pediatric cases successfully managed through surgical marsupialization and endoscopic drainage.
