Methotrexate re-challenge for recurrent primary central nervous system lymphoma

Methotrexate re-challenge is an effective strategy for recurrent primary CNS lymphoma (PCNSL) patients who previously responded to this drug. This approach demonstrated high objective response rates and improved survival, suggesting retained chemosensitivity.
