Reduced right ventricular ejection fraction (RVEF) in heart failure (HF) patients independently predicts worse exercise capacity, elevated creatinine, and higher B-type natriuretic peptide (BNP) levels. This indicates worsening RV function negatively impacts HF prognosis.
