Gestational diabetes mellitus (GDM) was not linked to sleep-disordered breathing in pregnant women. However, women with GDM reported increased sleepiness, depression risk, and restless legs syndrome.

- GDM may be associated with increased subjective sleep complaints like sleepiness and restless legs syndrome.
