Summary

Low-to-high oblique piezoosteotomy (LHO) offers a safer alternative to traditional bilateral sagittal split osteotomy (BSSO), reducing nerve damage and bad splits. This ultrasonic technique is faster and provides better stability for mandibular advancements.
