D-cycloserine (DCS) did not significantly improve posttraumatic stress disorder (PTSD) symptoms in youth when added to cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT). However, DCS showed a trend toward faster symptom recovery and improved attention maintenance in pediatric PTSD patients.
