Abstract:
The effect of specific antisera to alpha-fetoprotein (AFP) and carcinoembryonic antigen (CEA) are described as one of the immune serum therapy of cancer. This fundamental approach especially in case of specific antisera to AFP was developed to confirm the effect of purified antibodies to AFP and its mechanism in experimental systems. Bi-specific monoclonal antibody to hepatoma membrane antigen is also added as one of the models for application of the immune serum therapy of cancer in rats.
