[Structural changes in hepatocytes during rheopolyglucine administration and subsequent stress in mice]
Abstract:
A lysosomotropic agent rheopolyglucine was injected intravenously to male CBA mice at a dose of 1 ml per 100 g body weight. Two hours later hepatocyte hypertrophy and cytoplasmic organoid hyperplasia were observed. The exposure of these mice to acute stress did not lead to catabolic changes in hepatocytes.
