Summary

Researchers isolated a new coumarin, dryofracoumarin A, and eight known compounds from Dryopteris fragrans. Several compounds, including esculetin and new dimers, demonstrated significant cytotoxic effects against cancer cell lines, suggesting potential as cancer treatments.
