Longitudinal changes in maternal hemodynamics in a population at risk for pre-eclampsia

Maternal hemodynamics change differently in pre-eclampsia (PE) and gestational hypertension (GH). Elevated aortic systolic blood pressure (SBPao) is seen in GH and preterm PE, while preterm PE also shows earlier increases in augmentation index (AIx) and pulsed wave velocity (PWV).
