Summary
Angiomyofibroblastoma (AMF) is a rare vulvar tumor. Surgical excision is an effective treatment, with no recurrence observed in this case.

- AMF typically originates in the pelviperial region.
Observation:
- A patient presented with a painless vulvar mass, initially suspected to be a Bartholin cyst.
- Surgical excision was performed, and pathological examination confirmed the diagnosis of AMF.
Findings:
- Immunohistochemical analysis revealed that the AMF tumor cells expressed estrogen receptor, progesterone receptor, vimentin, and CD34.
- The patient experienced no local recurrence ten months post-surgery.
Implications:
- Vulvar AMF is a distinct mesenchymal tumor with a favorable prognosis.
- Simple surgical excision is a curative treatment for vulvar AMF.
