Is R-CHOP Therapy a Lymphoma Growth Factor?

A rare lymphocytosis flare occurred after starting R-CHOP (rituximab, cyclophosphamide, doxorubicin, vincristine, and prednisone) therapy for indolent lymphoma. This flare may indicate lymphocyte release from bone marrow infiltration.
