Hypovitaminosis D: which oral supplement therapy?

Vitamin D deficiency (hypovitaminosis D) affects over 80% of patients. A high-dose weekly regimen of vitamin D supplementation proved more effective than a bi-monthly dose in correcting deficiency within six months.
