Three-dimensional soft tissue change after paranasal augmentation with porous polyethylene

Porous polyethylene (PPE) paranasal augmentation effectively enhanced midfacial soft tissue architecture. This procedure improved aesthetics by increasing soft tissue outline without negatively impacting nasal projection.
