Summary

Endoscopic transnasal orbital decompression significantly reduces proptosis and intraocular pressure in dysthyroid orbitopathy patients. This minimally invasive procedure also improves visual acuity and relieves eye exposure, offering favorable cosmetic outcomes with rare complications.
