  • This non-surgical intervention significantly reduced pain attacks from weekly to monthly.
  • This is the first reported case of successful posture-based management for splenic flexure volvulus.

Implications:

  • Posture modification may be an effective conservative treatment for splenic flexure volvulus.
  • This approach offers a potential alternative to surgery for managing recurrent symptoms.
  • Further research into posture-related interventions for colonic volvulus is warranted.
