Background:

Observation:
- A 57-year-old female, with a history of uterine leiomyosarcoma treated 10 years prior, presented with dyspnea, dizziness, fever, and tachycardia.
- Cardiac imaging revealed interventricular septum metastasis.
- The patient also had extensive systemic metastases and a recurrent pelvic mass.
Findings:
- The patient's symptoms were attributed to widespread metastatic disease, including cardiac involvement.
- The interventricular septum was identified as a site of metastasis.
- Recurrent pelvic mass and systemic metastases were also diagnosed.
Implications:
- This case underscores the importance of considering rare metastatic sites in patients with a history of uterine leiomyosarcoma.
- Early recognition and management of cardiac metastasis are crucial for patient outcomes.
