Anti-TNF-alpha therapy and systemic vasculitis

Anti-tumor necrosis factor-alpha (TNF-α) therapies show limited efficacy in treating systemic vasculitis, except for Behcet's disease. This review highlights inconsistent results for these advanced treatments in rare inflammatory conditions.
