Lymphomatoid granulomatosis, a rare vasculitis and lymphoma disorder, typically has a poor prognosis. Combination chemotherapy (MACOP-B) achieved a 3-year disease-free remission in a life-threatening case, suggesting an aggressive approach may be beneficial.
